BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR HIRING OF SERVICES OF BIDDER FOR BOARDINGAND ACCOMODATION FACILITIES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS OF BALOCHISTAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION IN MID-TERM REVIEW MEETING IN DISTRICT SIBI
The purpose of this scope of work is to qualify vendors for the provision of four (04) days boarding and lodging facilities to the BEFparticipants in district Sibi. The Lodging, amenities, and Venue Arrangements for this meetings is a pivotal part of the scope indistrict Sibi to be required for Balochistan Education Foundation (BEF) officials. The Hotel/Guest House in district Sibi should beequivalent to 2 to 3 stars standard for meeting participants lodging with proper beds, sitting capacity of 40 to 50 persons. Allnecessary sanitary items, must be hygienic, i.e. Towel, Toilet Tissue, Disposable Soap, Disposable Tooth Brush Kit, DisposableShaving Razer, Air Conditioner, Hot/Warm Water in Winter, Solar or generator for power backup in room(s), and sound systemparticularly for meeting hall.
