Administration & Human Resource
The Administration & Human Resource Management Section of BEF supervised by Director Administration and HR provides administrative support to all other sections of BEF and plays a pivotal role in optimizing performance of BEF through better management of Human Resources.
The Admin; & HR Section of BEF in respect to administration provides valuable services, enabling work processes to operate seamlessly and assisting all other employees in achieving organizational goals timely and effectively. Administrative roles include general administration and day-to-day operations that keep an organization running smoothly and efficiently. The section manages to plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. It also ensures operations adhere to policies, rules and regulations.
The section in respect of HR is dedicated to manage the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment & selection, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, manage BEF culture, create a safe and inclusive work environment and keeps track of employees.
