| The key objective of the project is the promotion of public-private and community partnerships in order to improve access to quality primary education, in particular for girls. The project contributes to Pakistan's long-term objective of achieving MDG Goals by targeting universal literacy, gender parity in education, and 100% net enrolment. | BEF has 17 members in its Board of Directors including Chairman The Honourable Governor Balchistan Zulfiqar Ali Magsi. We have 4 Official from Government sector, 11 from the private sector and 2 from the private educational institutions. | Grant-in-Aid is one of the major activity of Balochistan Education Foundation. So far BEF has distributed grant of Rs. 96.51 million to 416 private schools & 32 Girls Fellowship Schools (GFS) from 1995–2006. (more...) | ||||
